About the Clinic
Although it is recommended to first participate in our Level 1 Clinic, if you can you do 5 strict pull-ups, 5 strict dips, and have been attempting ring muscle-ups in the open then you can start in the Level 2. David Bradley will be instructing this clinic and getting athletes ready for the 2019 open.
This clinic starts with a 30-minute dynamic warm-up comprised of i99 Fit Core Mobility and Wall Mobility. Next, our instructors introduce a unique approach to the handstand push-up that directly translates to overhead Olympic lifts and freestanding HSPUs. Then we move to bars followed by rings and including bar and ring muscle-ups, and butterfly pull-ups.
