With access to a full gymnastics gym, athletes at the Sunday class are able to expand upon the i99 core curriculum, allowing them to work on skills that they may not get to train in a traditional functional fitness gym. Active’s huge array of trampolines, foam pits, spring floors, rings, bars, and soft matting allow for a great environment to learn skills that they may not ever get to work on otherwise.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1594854125923{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]
