Onsite Coach Certifications

We offer many single and multi-day event configurations and provide discounts when you combine both levels into the same weekend. We focus on teaching coaches to tap into kinesthetic learning through assistive spotting that will increase the speed in which athletes learn handstands, pullups, kipping pullups, and the fundamentals of the dynamic muscleup on rings. After the 5-hour instructional segment, coaches will assist both Foundations and Competitor Seminars to complete their certification.[/vc_column_text][mk_fancy_title margin_bottom=”0″ font_family=”none”]Level 2 Certification – $280/participant

[/mk_fancy_title][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1592105142567{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]Online certifications have two primary benefits over onsite events:- Frequency – The information is delivered over multiple sessions so there is more time to absorb the information and practice between sessions.
- Schedule Convenience – 2-hour sessions can be scheduled when the gym is empty and coaches have downtime.
It is a little more challenging to teach hands-on spotting through a digital portal, but we compensate for this with a lower instructor to participant ratios. Typically we schedule 3 sessions per level of certification and cover the following areas in each session:
- Mobility and Handstands (2-hours )
- Bar Kipping (2-hours)
- Rings (1-hour)
Typically, we deliver sessions over a 3 week time period so there is time to host additional online athlete training sessions so that coaches get hands-on practice delivering the material to their athletes with expert assistance from our staff over video.
Online Minimum Requirements
- Quiet Gym or training area with an open wall, kipping pull-up bar, set of high and low rings, and at least two plyoboxes.
- Strong WiFi or LTE connection and Tablet mounted on a tripod that can be easily moved around the gym or training area easily. If for some reason you don’t have access to the tools needed for video conferencing we will work with you to provide loaner equipment for the duration of your training sessions.
Ideal Additional Equipment
- Apple iPad, Apple TV connected to a 40″+ TV for whiteboard and video analysis sessions.
Level 1 Certification – $200/participant

We will also connect you directly with athletes in your physical area to provide private training and hands on spotting. Upon successful completion of your Level 2 Certification, you begin working towards Level 3 certification. Any hours assisting during an official i99 Event (online or onsite) OR during Custom Personal Training delivered by i99 Fit Instructors will contribute to the requirements of Level 3 Certification.- Level 2 Certified Coach
