This 6-hour Level 1 Coach Certification covers our core techniques for dynamic gymnastics.  To complete certification, Participating Coaches will learn to perform, teach, and spot (assist) the following core movements:

• Toes2Bar (Piked, K2E styles)
• Bar and Ring Muscle-ups
• Handstand Safety and Balance
• Handstand Walking
• Handstand Pushups
• Dynamic Mobility
