
Coach Certification – Level 1
This 5-hour Level 1 Coach Certification covers our core techniques for dynamic gymnastics required by fitness competitions. To complete certification, Participating Coaches will learn to perform, teach, and spot (assist) the following core movements:
- Kipping Pull-ups
- Introduction to the i99 “Trench”
- Toes2Bar (Piked, K2E styles)
- Bar and Ring Muscle-ups
- Handstand Safety and Balance
- Handstand Walking
- Handstand Pushups
- Dynamic Mobility
- Shoulder Mobility
