Rose Wall, Titan CrossFit’s owner has been a member of Team i99 since 2015. That team is composed of elite athletes who have trained via video programming with i99fit to incorporate its unique and highly progressive gymnastic techniques and drills to supplement their strength and conditioning training. We are thrilled that she is now hosting i99fit onsite in February at Titan CrossFit for a fun-filled full weekend of Coach Certification Clinics and Athlete Seminars!
