This 5-hour onsite Level 2 Coach Certification provides practical strategies for teaching and spotting athletes to link multiple dynamic gymnastics skills in succession or varied skill complexes. To complete certification, Coaches will be expected to attend, assist, and practice coaching during Athlete Seminars hosted in conjunction with the certification.  Participants will learn to perform, teach, and spot the following advanced movements:

• Butterfly Pull-ups
• Chest to Bar Pull-ups
• Linking Bar and Ring Muscle-ups
• i99’s own X-Style T2B
• Walking, turning and running on your hands
• Free-standing HSPU
• Workout Programming
• Class Management
