Coach Certification – Level 1

This 5-hour Level 1 Coach Certification covers our core techniques for dynamic gymnastics required by fitness competitions.  To complete certification, Participating Coaches will learn to perform, teach, and spot (assist) the following core movements:

  • Kipping Pull-ups
  • Introduction to the i99 “Trench”
  • Toes2Bar (Piked, K2E styles)
  • Bar and Ring Muscle-ups
  • Handstand Safety and Balance
  • Handstand Walking
  • Handstand Pushups
  • Dynamic Mobility
  • Shoulder Mobility
